Eva Ritvo, MD
Eva Ritvo, MD is a Miami Beach psychiatrist with over 25 years of psychiatric experience. She is co-author of The Beauty Prescription, the lead author of the Concise Guide to Marriage and Family Therapy, and has written the chapters on Family and Couples Therapy for leading psychiatric textbooks. She was recently recognized as Volunteer of the Year Award for the United Cerebral Palsy foundation. Dr. Ritvo makes frequent public speaking, radio, and TV appearances. She is often quoted in the Miami Herald, and has also been featured in the New York Times, New York Times Magazine, USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, WebMD, SELF magazine, Ladies Home Journal, O Magazine, Allure, and many others. Liliana Retelny, MS, LMHC
For more than two decades, Liliana Retelny, MS, LMHC, has worked as a highly skilled psychotherapist, supporting clients so they can make powerful and positive changes in their lives. Liliana has successfully worked with individuals, couples and families to empower them on how to eliminate negative behaviors and emotions, irrational thoughts and beliefs that stifle self-growth and joy. She is also an accomplished rower who has competed as the Costa Rican Single Sculler at SilverSkiff in Turin, Italy (silver medalist), the Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Pre-Olympic Rowing Qualifier in Argentina and at the Maccabiah Games in Israel.

Adeline Oka is a writer, editorial consultant and communications strategist, with extensive international work experience in the legal, education, consulting and nonprofit sectors. She is a recipient of the Fulbright grant and holds a Master’s in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a Bachelor’s in English and Political Science from Amherst College (Massachusetts).
Joy Nestor is a college student at Lynn University studying entrepreneurship. She is a team member of the Bold Beauty Project (BBP) and was a photographer and model for their Miami shows. BBP is a Miami based non profit that pairs women with disabilities with award winning photographers to create art shows. BBP’s mission is to make sure ALL women feel beautiful and help viewers expand their definitions of beauty.
